These embroideries are about what it means to be human, about fears, secrets and unfolding thoughts, about the self and the other, about love and belonging. The works represent awareness of the incomprehensible. They are about a very personal world. But when you look at them, you can probably make your own connection to them. The figures put together as a group create a tension in the work, a sense of narrative and atmosphere.
